The all-new Outlander features Super All-Wheel Control, an advanced four-wheel-drive system, which means you can go even farther.
Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC)
S-AWC provides full control in any road condition. This full-time four-wheel drive electronically optimizes driving and braking force for each wheel when accelerating, cornering, or braking. The result is better handling and stability in any driving condition.
This part of the Super All-Wheel Control system optimizes and distributes torque between the front and rear wheels. It uses wheel friction force to create greater traction and improve cornering performance.
The system relies on controlling the difference in braking force between the right and left wheels, increasing torque on the outer wheels and reducing it on the inner ones while cornering, which helps change direction smoothly and enhances the vehicle's stability and performance in curves.
This system regulates the operation of the brakes on all four wheels to prevent skidding, which enhances the vehicle's stability and maintains control in various driving conditions.

Horizontal Roofline

LED Headlights
High-performance LED headlights light more of the road ahead of you without dazzling oncoming vehicles. The daytime running lights are positioned high up, to give the all-new Outlander a more distinctive appearance and make the vehicle more visible to other road users and pedestrians.
Horizontal Taillights
The taillights have a horizontal bias ending in a T shape. This helps emphasize the width of your vehicle to drivers traveling behind. Like the headlights, the taillights are LED, which are brighter than conventional lights and take up less space.
20-Inch Wheels
The all-new Outlander is available with 20-inch alloy wheels with a machined finish. They add an air of confidence and sophistication.
Diamond Color Series
The Outlander is available in a range of modern colors. The 3-layer Diamond series reflects a richer and deeper image and includes Diamond White, Diamond Black, and the new Diamond Red.
Two-Tone Color System

12.3-Inch Full Digital Driver Display
The full digital driver display turns the speedometer and tachometer into an information center. Select one mode and it shows a conventional tachometer and speedometer. Select another mode and you get a rich display showing four-wheel-drive status, the navigation map, and more. Simply select your preferred mode from a switch on the steering wheel.
Smartphone Display Integration
The Outlander features an easy-to-use touchscreen. It is the hub for the multi-around monitor, the navigation system, trip status information, and all your audio needs. The system also allows you to link your smartphone to the vehicle so you can use your favorite apps with hands-free voice commands.
Interior Design
